We’ve built our very own Trail Skills Course—because real confidence doesn’t grow in an arena, it grows where horses usually stop, stare, and question your life choices.

This course is designed to gently (and sometimes hilariously) stretch your personal comfort zone while helping your horse discover that logs, water, narrow paths, and “mysterious objects of doom” are actually… no big deal. The Trail Skills Course is an integral part of our clinic program and features more than 20 natural obstacles you’ll encounter out on real trails—nothing artificial, nothing fancy, just the stuff that usually makes you and some horses think twice.

Whether you bring a young horse who is still figuring out that the world does not end at every rustling leaf, or a seasoned trail horse who could use a confidence upgrade (or a rider upgrade—no judgment), this course meets you exactly where you are. I’ll help your young horse become calm, curious, and comfortable on the trail, step by step, without pressure or drama. And yes, I’ll help you too—because confidence travels best from the saddle down.

The goal isn’t just to “get through” obstacles. The goal is to get to a place where you and your horse truly work together—communicating clearly, trusting each other, and handling new situations as a team. Think less “horse vs. obstacle” and more “partners on an adventure.”

We’ll slow things down, laugh when things get interesting, celebrate the small wins, and turn uncertainty into curiosity. By the end, you won’t just have a horse that goes down the trail—you’ll have a horse that goes down the trail with you, relaxed, willing, and confident.
