Booking – Courses, Clinics & Trail Rides

This page explains how booking works and what happens after you contact us.

Bookings are handled personally instead of automatically.
Not to make things complicated — but to make sure the course fits you and your horse, and that you arrive knowing what to expect.

Most riders who write are unsure about one thing:
Is this the right step for us right now?

The booking process answers that before anyone commits.

Step 1 — Choose a starting point

Course → you participate with your own horse

Clinic → you participate without your horse
Trail ride → guided riding experience with a preparation focus

All follow the same idea: practical skills, clear communication, and real terrain.

There is no instant online booking.

Every request is handled personally, so questions can be clarified first.

Before sending a request, please read the Pre-Booking Checklist.
It helps you decide whether this currently fits you and your horse.

(Dogs only by prior arrangement and always on leash.)

Step 2 — Send a booking request

You send a request instead of booking directly.

This lets us briefly clarify:

• your riding background
• your horse (or rental needs)
• what you want to improve or prepare for
• possible dates
• group compatibility

You do not need to formulate this perfectly — simple descriptions are enough.

Step 3 — Personal confirmation

After reviewing your message, you receive a reply explaining:

• whether the course matches your situation
• suggested dates
• the fixed price per person
• rental horse availability if needed

Sometimes the answer is: yes, good fit now
Sometimes: better to adjust first

Both are normal and meant to prevent frustration later.

Only after this step is a booking confirmed.

Step 4 — Payment

Payment is arranged directly by email after confirmation.

Why the process works this way

Horses are individuals. Riders are too.

A short exchange beforehand prevents mismatched expectations and creates calmer, safer situations for everyone — especially the horses.

If you are unsure whether you should book, simply send a request and describe your situation.
That is exactly what this process is for.
