3 weeks in Mongolia. Including arrival and departure. We will spend 14 days riding through the Mongolian steppe to visit the reindeer herders in the north of the country. Flight from Frankfurt to Ulaanbaatar and onward to Morön. Cost: CHF 2500, including domestic flight and airport transfers.

About the event
Hey guys, here is the information for getting to Frankfurt for a maximum of 6 guests. We are flying to Ulaanbatar on June 22nd, 2024. The cheapest flight from Frankfurt costs 555 euros. From there we take a domestic flight to Mörön. There we are picked up by our host and driven to the guesthouse in Khatgal, where we also meet the horses. We pack our luggage on the horses, go for a short ride and then head north the next day to the Tatsaan, as the Dukha are called in Mongolian. We ride on ponies that are about 140 cm tall and wear Russian military saddles. An English teacher will accompany us. Food, cooking utensils and tents are transported on a pack horse. We spend the night in tents or tarps along the way and try to sleep with locals as often as possible. After about 6 days and…
