Make yourself comfortable in a unique and peaceful retreat for 4 people on 10 hectares on Monument Creek. You will enjoy the view of Mt. Herman and can walk along the creek. The Pikes Peak National Forrest with many hiking trails for all ages is only a 30-minute walk away. The former stallion stable was renovated in 2022 in Argentinian style. There is a kitchen, a shower / toilet and a separate bedroom. There is also an outdoor kitchen and a covered barbecue area. Paddocks for horses and connections for trailers are also available.
The perfect place for a father-child adventure or a romantic weekend. A tepee for 4 people, secluded in the forest. It feels like you are in the middle of the bush.
A compost toilet and a covered wagon with all utensils for outdoor cooking as well as a fire pit by the stream are available.
Ride our horses in nearby Pikes National Park or learn new outdoor skills with your children. The pond by the stream invites you to have water fun and you can bake your own bread and roast your marshmallows at the campfire.

We have several ponds and a stream running through the property, which is covered in trees and marshland where the horses graze freely.
For our guests traveling with horses and their own trailer, there is a saloon with fireplace and a barbecue area. Hookups and water are available.
On the 10 hectare site, in the rear area, there is a tepee with a composting toilet and the chuck wagon as a kitchen with a fireplace.
